Alconbury Weald has been designed with good quality, direct and well-lit pedestrian routes – whether walking, running, scooting or using a wheelchair.
The pedestrian routes have been laid out to provide easy access to key facilities in your neighbourhood, link with the existing pedestrian/cycle network around the site and connect to the wider area. Click on the interactive map link to see all the footpaths and cycle routes available in and around Alconbury Weald.
As well as one of the simplest and healthiest ways to get from A-B, walking is a great way to exercise, enjoy the fresh air and see more of the local countryside.
If you would like some company while exploring on foot, there are a number of local groups you can join.
